It's unfortunate to see people be so rude to someone so kind.
I've found some of the people to be quite rude to her when I overheard them talking while I'm waiting in line.
I wanted to mention one person here I thought goes above and beyond: the VIP lounge hostess, Eiman, does a phenomenal job! She has always been so helpful and kind to me and anyone else who comes into the lounge. I frequently gamble here and go into the lounge upstairs to have a bite to eat or a drink. If you are a big gambler and have an Elite or Club 100 card, be sure to check out the VIP lounge on the second floor on the weekends. If you like gambling, I highly recommend that you check out Twin Rivers! They have an amazing selection of slot machines, table games, simulcast racing and restaurants.
